“UV印刷”，相信绝大多数的印人都不陌生。UV印刷是一种通过紫外光干燥、固化油墨的一种印刷工艺，需要含有光敏剂的油墨与UV固化灯相配合，目前UV油墨已经涵盖胶印、丝网、喷墨、移印等领域，传统印刷界泛指的UV是印品效果工艺，就是在一张印上你想要的图案上面过上一层光油 （有亮光、哑光、镶嵌晶体、金葱粉等），主要是增加产品亮度与艺术效果，保护产品表面，其硬度高，耐腐蚀摩擦,不易出现划痕等，有些复膜产品现改为上UV,能达到环保要求,但UV产品不易粘接,有些只能通过局部UV或打磨来解决。
